Project Name: Chongqing Rail Transit Line 4 Phase II Project

Cooperative unit: China Railway Tunnel Group One Co., Ltd.

Project introduction:

The length of the right line of the section from Longxing Station to Shengjibao Station in the second phase of civil construction of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 4 is 1,258,888 meters. The shield construction section length is 1180.788 meters, and the underground excavation section length is 78.1 meters. The project was used shield TBM "China Railway No. 68" for tunnel construction.

In the process of advancing the shield construction, the project department continuously refined the tunneling parameters and scientifically managed the TBM cutter, successfully overcoming the problems such as spouting of the screw machine, mud cake formation, large floating amount of segment and difficult control of the tunneling attitude of the shield machine under the geological conditions of rich cement rock and sandstone, and successfully crossing the Liangjiang Avenue.  Due to its excellent wear resistance and toughness, the TBM disc cutter provided by Litian rock tools company has laid a good foundation for the smooth progress of the whole project, and achieved a good result of 260 rings (390 meters) of single-line tunneling in one month in April, 2021.

Cooperation Mode: Supply 17-inch single disc cutters, 17-inch twin disc cutters, and TBM components

Supply time: April 2020 - May 2021

Completion Time: May 12, 2021
